Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size and colour. The image you see online may show a difference due to slight variation between browsers, devices and screen settings. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return.

Ordering

How is my payment handled?

Clicking on a Buy Now button will take you to my sumUp store, this allows you to pay for the artwork by Apple Pay, debit or credit card. If there is additional shipping costs, you will be emailed and if you agree on the shipping costs you will be sent another sumUp payment link in order for you to pay securely by your preferred method. If you want to find out estimated shipping costs before purchase please email me.

Shipping

I have placed my order, how soon will I receive my painting?

Original paintings will be packed and shipped within 2 weeks though often they will arrive quicker than this. Some pieces will require varnishing or a cold wax finish which I don’t apply until the piece is sold and this takes a few days to cure. If you need delivery by a specific date, please just let me know and in most cases something can be arranged. There may be an extra charge for rush deliveries according to your requirements.

In the UK pieces are sent by Royal Mail, Parcel Force or courier depending on size and weight.  Most UK deliveries arrive within 2 days from the time of shipping. I will let you know as soon as your artwork is in the post. Please allow 7 working days in total from the point of despatch.

Can I collect my artwork from your studio?

Yes, please contact me to arrange. I live in Northampton, UK.  Local deliveries may also be possible.

Is Shipping included?

Uk shipping is included in the price. International shipping will depend on location, size and weight of the item being sent. Please contact me for international shipping estimates.

Can you ship internationally?

I will do my best to ship to your country. It will take longer to arrive depending on your location. Overseas shipments (outside the UK) may be subject to import duties, taxes and tariffs according to the laws of the destination country. Any additional charges are at the customer’s expense. We have no control over these charges and accept no responsibility for additional charges.

Shipping costs contribute towards packing supplies, labour and transit.

Returns

What if my painting arrives and I don’t like it?

I want you to be fully happy with your new artwork so I offer a Buy-Back agreement.

If a painting is not as you expect, you have 14 days to contact me by email and request a refund. Once a return has been agreed, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund your payment within 14 days.

What if my painting arrives damaged?

All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive artwork that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with clear photograph(s) of the damage.

What about Overseas Returns?

At this time I am unable to offer a refund or return on any product(s) sent outside of the UK.
