The Sage I: Ideas are like rabbits
The inspiration came from a photo I took of the Sage building which sits next to the river Tyne in Gateshead, in the North East of England. I love the geometric windows that somehow beautifully and seamlessly fit into the “bubbly” frame of the building and wanted to capture both the structure and the organic shapes in this painting.
Acrylic and collage on paper, size approximately A3.
